- Selenium is a component of the enzyme glutathione peroxidase, which plays an important role in protection of cells bhy destroying oxidising agents like free radicals and oxidanted unsaturated fatty acids.
For intramuscular or subcutaneous administration:
Swine: 1 ml per 10 kg body weight for 3 days, repeat after 2 weeks.
Poultry: 0.1 ml per bird.
Cattle/Buffalo/Claves/Goats/Sheep: 1 ml per 20 kg body weight for 3 days, repeat after 2 weeks.
